I’m a big believer that when things don’t turn out as expected– often the way they turn out is “meant to be”. Today at my presentation at the SHRM Magic Valley chapter monthly meeting, the projector got stuck on a photo of Chris Hemsworth (Thor), and the audience was very happy. So we left his picture up there for the rest of the presentation. 🙂
We went through a few tips on how to use positive psychology to empower the HR department to start postive change; to be “agents of change” within the organization. If you want to see all of the tips from the presentation, even those we didn’t get to, please see the presentation here: 1_KKG_6_9_16_Presentation
I promised to send out some additional information to support the messaging from the presentation. Here is what I have from my notes:
Strengths Assessment: Visit this link for more information.
I also recommend listening to the podcast interview I did with strength-finding specialist Beth Cabrera. We talk about the strength assessment tools during our discussion. Great insights throughout!
We discussed the Map of Consciousness and the need for more positive thinking in organizations/relationships today.
