*If you are in support of us moving ahead with printing the book (potentially in modified form), Alexander and I would REALLY appreciate your help in spreading the word about the Kickstarter campaign. It will run through June 1st, 2016. We are hoping to raise $5,000 to cover printing costs, and it is a make-the-goal-or-receive-nothing campaign. We appreciate the support from the networks of friends and families.
